Both 155 and 159 overlook the beautiful courtyard area with fountain, and have two above ground parking garages.
Building 157, the larger of the three, overlooks the gorgeous bayfront of downtown St. Augustine and has an underground garage area.
There are 59 individual owner units, each with a private balcony, and one community clubhouse. A swimming pool overlooks the bayfront area. Owners also have the option to purchase marina docking slips, if available. Small dogs are allowed and owners have the option to rent out their units to tenants (approved by the Board of Directors).
