 Coastal Realty & Property Management, Inc. has been providing professional association management services since 1993.
Owner, Judy Alligood, is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, licensed Florida Community Association Manager, Certified Pool Operator and Florida Notary. Judy is a native of St. Augustine, having been born and raised here, andhas been in the real estate industry since 1976, working for, and later owning a Title Insurance business for 15 years. She has had her real estate license since 1992, her Broker's license since 1993, incorporating her own real estate office in 1993.
Staff consists of 8 full-time licensed Community Association Managers, an Administrative Assistant, a Licensed Managing Assistant, a staff Certified Public Accountant, and 6 rental/reservation coordinators, along with maintenancestaff and housekeeping staff for each property, for a total of 43 employees.
Coastal Realty also specializes in both short-term resort rentals and long-term lease rentals, currently managing 432 rental units for private owners, including monthly reporting, inventory control, management of housekeeping and maintenance, with the main office being staffed 7 days per week.
